Nutrivore Returns Policy
At Nutrivore, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Below you’ll find all the details about when and how products can be returned, explained in a simple and transparent way.
Can I return my order?
Products bought from the Nutrivore online store can be returned in line with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Retail Trade Rules approved by the Lithuanian Government (Resolution No. 697, 11 June 2001).
However, please note that under Lithuanian law, high-quality food products (including food supplements) cannot be returned or exchanged.
When are products considered “high quality”?
A product is considered high quality if:

Its expiration date has not passed;

Its ingredients comply with legal requirements;

It has been stored properly before delivery and has not changed in consistency, texture, or other important characteristics;

It is not mechanically damaged;

The packaging is intact;

There are no other quality issues.
If a product does not meet these conditions, it is considered unsatisfactory quality and may be exchanged or returned according to Lithuanian law.
How do I return a product?
To return an item, you’ll need to let us know that you’re cancelling your purchase:
1. Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by filling out the contact form here: https://wearenutrivore.com/contact-us
2. Return the product within 7 days after informing us, including the original purchase document.
Products that cannot be returned
You will not be able to return:

High-quality food products, including food supplements;

Products that have been used, damaged, or opened, or whose packaging has been broken;

Products missing parts, instructions, or warranty cards (if issued);

Packaged products that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons.
How do refunds work?

Refunds are issued to the bank account you provide.

We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
